Shinrin-Yoku: Forest Bathing

A slow-paced nature immersion in sensory awareness and presence.

Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese wellness practice meaning "forest bathing." It's being in nature, aware and immersed in all our senses, cultivating embodiment.

This guided forest bathing experience begins with a centering "pleasures of presence" meditation to help quiet the mind and settle into the body. From there, a series of gentle invitations open ways to notice and connect with the living world around you. After each invitation, we pause to share what we are noticing as a group. We close with a tea ceremony, honoring our relationship with the land and one another.

No prior experience necessary. All are welcome.
